What we promise, and what we ask

What Kajo is. One question, read by four classical traditions, Western, Vedic, Chinese and the I Ching, each in its own room, blind to the others, each by its own written rules, and a philosopher who speaks outside the count. She answers once and stops. She is not a conversation.

Your first one's on us. Every sign-in gets one full reading: four voices, the whole letter, no half portion. One per identity. There is never a public count of how many are left.

The price. A full reading is $3.99 USD, flat. Questions you buy never expire; there are no countdowns and no evaporating credits.

When a question is spent. Starting a cast holds one question. It is spent only when the complete letter has landed on your device and your device has said so. If anything fails on the way, a reader falls over, the connection drops, the page is closed mid-pour, the question comes back on its own and the same question casts again for nothing, as many times as it takes. There is no letter to write and no case to open. The plumbing is the promise.

Refunds. A reading that has landed is not refunded. "I got my reading and I don't like it" earns a plain, kind letter and nothing more. We never contest a chargeback or a store refund; the reading stays on your device either way. Anything that goes wrong with a payment is answered at write@dearkajo.com.

What she will not answer. Your health, your case, your money, anyone's last day. Those questions are refused at the door, with care, and a refusal costs nothing.

Weather, not verdict. The stars incline; they don't compel. A reading is a current, not a verdict, and nothing Kajo says is a decision made for you. What happens next is yours to walk.

Yours stays yours. Your readings and your birth details live on your device. What passes through our hands, and for how long, is written on the privacy page in full.

Who may sign in and buy. Asking is open to anyone. You must be eighteen or older to sign in or to buy a question. One account per sign-in; it is yours, not for sharing, and you can delete it in Settings at any time.

Changes. Every rule is written down and dated. The method is versioned, and changes are dated, never silent.
